Unlike the Mediterranean people who are taking healthy foods in their daily meal to maintain health and fitness, the westerns are consuming a huge amount of meat and dairy products. The westerns are only taking small amount of grains, fruits and vegetables. As the result, obesity and various fatal diseases like heart diseases are found in many westerns. Changing the lifestyle and the food we consume are mandatory if we want to get a healthier body and of course, healthier heart.

Instead of using butter, we can replace it olive oil or margarine.
